A new chart added into DirectIQ’s Campaign Overview page helps analyzing mobile activity of email recipients much easier. Now email marketers can tell whether an email opened from a desktop computer (Mac, PC) or a mobile device (iPhone, iPad or Android) by just taking a look at colourful new icons at “Reads by Devices” chart.
Mobile/desktop device details are also displayed in most of DirectIQ’s email campaign reports such as Reads, Clicks and Contact Activity lists on Contact Details page.
