Can you explain your pricing?

Simple. The plans are based on the size of your contact list. Pick a plan that fits the number of contact you want to reach. You'll be charged once a month, for the plan you're using.

What if I need more?

Has the number of contacts you want to reach grown? Good for you. Just upgrade, and instantly you'll have more capacity. The amount charged on your credit card will be adjusted at the end of the month, where a prorated amount is charged for the first month.

How many campaigns can I send?

The sky is the limit.

Will you send any promotions to my contact list?

No Way! Your contacts are sacred to us. We will never, ever send any emails to your contacts, or use your contact lists for any purpose. Your contacts will only be receiving emails from you.

What if I want to stop using DirectIQ?

No problem! We bill on a monthly basis. Just contact us and we'll cancel your account for you. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

Is DirectIQ secure?

Solid! We use same security measures your bank uses for online banking. All your data is secured by high-end firewalls, and all the transactions between your computer and DirectIQ use 128bit SSL protection.

How can I get my contact list from here to there?

You can easily upload your contacts as text or Excel files. You may also choose to add contacts 1 by 1 or copy&past from your screen.

Can I also transfer my contacs from other web services?

Yes. DirectIQ allows you easily transfer contact lists from many popular services like Google Apps, FreshBooks, Windows Live or Highrise.

Can I schedule my campaigns to be sent out later?

Yes, DirectIQ has an easy-to-use campaign scheduling tool, that allows you to send your campaigns now, or anytime you like. Just pick a date and time you want, and we will send your campaign at that time.

Do I have to install any software to use DirectIQ?

Never! To use our system, you only need a web browser. You will be managing your campaigns, contact lists and email templates over secure pages of DirectIQ.

Do you provide email templates? Is there a cost to use them?

DirectIQ provides free email templates. And our design team frequently adds new templates to our selection. And as we said, they are FREE!
